New Service Request

Welcome to the City of Leakesville Community.  Below you will be able to download the water application.  You may print this out and fill out manually.  Alternatively, you may also use the [short form application]. We look forward to serving your water needs.  You will need to bring two forms of identification.  If you are renting or leasing a residence, you will also need to bring the rental/lease agreement from your landlord.  All rental properties in the town limits are subject to a rental inspection before you take up residence, this is the responsibility of your landlord. The deposit for accounts at rental/lease locations have been increased to $200, half due the day you sign up for the account and the additional $100 due in 30 days.
